- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of the full booking amount, with no refund applicable.

- Cancellations made 90 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 25% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 45 and 90 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
